  1. Welcome
  2. Covid-19 BC Health orders as of this date: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/info/restrictions
    • Confirmed to go with Plan A
  3. Treasurer’s report
    • PAC provided $20 per student plus $12 dollar per student = extra $32 from PAC
    • Budgeted $5,000 for next year DAG Event
    • Carwash raised $1337 + as of February- total donation received is $1650
    • Based on expenses and revenues we need to raise at least $ 1400 more
    • Previous student fee has been $50 per student for some years, increase of $5 per student for this year’s DAG event was voted on and motion was unanimously carried to charge $55 per student for DAG 2022
    • Since we trust we should be able to carry out our in person Plan A DAG, the souvenir scarf is cancelled with money now targeted to go towards end of night name draw
    • Dinner Pub Event changed from April 2 to April 9, 2022 to allow for more people to attend
    • Discussed whether ending the DAG event earlier than 5am might be better. DAG Events as per BC Health Link website are designed to run until 5am or 6am the next day.
    • Please refer to the attached Treasurer’s Report below for budget details.

    • Each subcommittee team had an internal team discussion /planning period during this meeting.

    1. Website is updated accordingly with the new information
    2. DAG website and minutes are accessible through the school website

  7. Next meeting – April 25, 2022 – 7pm to 8pm – in person (McRoberts library)
